Product Management & ownership are about partnership
I use a holistic understanding of the product, users, and business partnerships, to lead the team to deliver business value. I visualized success by outlining clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps. I rallied the team to turn that vision into a reality by involving them in the planning and solution-finding process.
In addition to supporting the following strategic initiatives, I was responsible for the team that delivered approximately 20,000 dynamic annual benefits enrollments every year, thousands of new member enrollments, production support for BAU, and the reduction of technical debt for secure websites and retirement planning tools.
